HMS Group in cooperation with Attena Group Pty Ltd have been managing this project from the feasibility study stage, managing and proposing the Development Application (DA) to Leichhardt Municipal Council, Section 96 Application (S96) and Construction Certificate (CC) and all the way through the practical completion.
